And yes wrong coffee beans can be the reason but at least with a coffee machine they can exactly pinpoint you to the beans and you can solve it without installing a brand new kitchen on your personal cost and time :-) In my job i interacted with a lot of software programmers and i understand that it is not easy to find a problem like this.

Do the get the 'unexpected error' message when you start Express so it doesn't even make the initial screen or when you try to add a device or what? Sorry I'm still not clear where you're having the issue, brain cells slow this morning. Would it not be correct if they at least asked if the new version solved our problems. And 4.0 is a new version release and it did not work for some of us. The last sollution presented was that we should wait on a new version release. But as mentioned before in this thread there should be some regular updates on this issue from garmin. I agree the people off garmin need time to solve the problem. I think its unreasonble to say the majority has a working program so deal with it, it is not such a problem and over time there will be a solution. But a not working program is beyond Annoying that is unacceptable. Annoying is when i have to take extra steps or a difficult to read screen with some garbage on it. Yes the device works but mine has included life time map updates (paid for it) and therefore i need the program. There is no way on earth we would accept that we buy a coffee machine and some of us, maybe only a few are unable to make coffee and are okay with it.
